How to play
- Place your bet and deal. Pick a bet from your chip balance and deal. You and the dealer each get two cards; one of the dealer’s stays hidden.
- Hit, stand or double. Take cards to get near 21, stand to hold, or double down for exactly one card at twice your bet. Go over 21 and you bust.
- Beat the dealer. The dealer hits to 16 and stands on 17. Finish closer to 21 to win even money — a blackjack pays 3:2.
About Blackjack
Play Blackjack against the dealer with a stack of practice chips — no real money, ever. Get closer to 21 than the dealer without going over: hit to take a card, stand to hold, or double down for one more card at twice the bet. Aces count as 1 or 11, a two-card 21 is a blackjack and pays 3:2, and the dealer hits to 16 and stands on 17. You start with 500 chips and choose your bet each hand. No signup.
Frequently asked questions
Place a bet, then try to beat the dealer’s hand without going over 21. Hit to take another card, stand to keep your total, or double down to take one card at twice the bet. The dealer then plays, hitting to 16 and standing on 17.
A blackjack — an Ace plus a ten-value card on your first two cards — pays 3:2. Other winning hands pay even money, and a tie is a push, returning your bet.
Both — an Ace counts as 11 unless that would bust your hand, in which case it drops to 1 automatically. That’s why a hand like Ace-6 can be 7 or 17.
You can double on your first two cards if you have enough chips. You double the bet, take exactly one more card, then the dealer plays out the hand.
