About Tank Battle
Tank Battle is a top-down arena duel. You drive a tank — rotate to aim, drive forward and back, and fire shells at the enemy — around a battlefield dotted with solid obstacles. An AI tank hunts you down and shoots back, so you have to keep moving, use the obstacles for cover and line up your shots. Shells ricochet off the arena walls, which means you can bank a shot around a barrier to catch the enemy off guard — but watch out, the enemy’s shells bounce too. Destroy the enemy tank to win the round; get hit and you lose a life. Three lives, endless rounds. No signup, no download.
Frequently asked questions
Turn your tank with the left and right arrows, drive with up and down, and press Space (or the fire button) to shoot. The goal is to land a shell on the enemy tank while dodging the shells it fires back at you.
Shells ricochet off the arena walls and obstacles a few times before they fizzle out. That lets you bank a shot around a barrier to hit an enemy in cover — but the enemy’s shells bounce the same way, so stay alert.
Hit the enemy tank with one of your shells to destroy it and win the round. Use the obstacles as cover, line your barrel up before firing, and keep moving so its shots miss.
Yes. The difficulty setting controls the AI’s aim, turning speed and how often it fires — on easy it’s slow and inaccurate, while on hard it tracks you quickly and shoots with much better aim.
You start with three lives and lose one each time an enemy shell hits your tank. Each enemy you destroy advances the round and a fresh enemy appears; the game ends when all three lives are gone.
