About Word Guess
Word Guess is the daily-style word puzzle you can play any time. A hidden word is chosen and you have six tries to find it. Type a real word of the right length and press Enter; each letter is colour-coded — green means right letter in the right spot, yellow means the letter is in the word but somewhere else, and grey means it isn't in the word at all. The on-screen keyboard colours your used letters too, so you always know what's left to try. Pick a difficulty to change the word length: four letters is a gentle warm-up, five is the classic game, and six is a real challenge. It all runs in your browser — no signup, no download.
